A new central hub will provide accessible commodities, opportunities, and diverse living areas for the Avon community. Banning has been working on this project since 2018, conducting survey work, drainage, and civil site design. This project is a huge step in creating a downtown area for the Town of Avon. Sephora at Avon Landing ~
Avon welcomed Sephora to Town at their site groundbreaking on August 1st. The Sephora warehouse will be located west on Ronald Reagan in the Avon Landings Industrial Park.
